Northeastern Insurance Helps Donate $15,000 to Ronald McDonald House!
Thanks to the communities’ support, Northeastern Insurance officially donates $15,000 to Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC) of the Capital Region, a local organization dedicated to drawing on the compassion of their community to deliver and support programs that directly improve the health and well-being of children and families.
Michael Venezio, President of Northeastern Insurance, originally received a $5,000 donation for RMHC of the Capital Region thanks to a submission process with Liberty Mutual® and Safeco Insurance® through their 2022 Make More Happen™ Awards. A story of their local partnership is featured on the official Make More Happen microsite, www.agentgiving.com/Northeastern-Insurance-Agency, where Northeastern Insurance has the opportunity to raise an additional $5,000 by conducting a local awareness campaign for the nonprofit. Together with the community, the goal has been met increasing the donation to $10,000 for RMHC of the Capital Region!
Once Northeastern Insurance achieved their donation goal, the agency now donates another $5,000 to bring the total donation to $15,000! This total $15,000 donation will help RMHC of the Capital Region provide additional supplies to the families living in the House to upgrade their living experiences. The funds will also help with any necessary updates to the House as it has been serving families since 1982.

Throughout 2022, Liberty Mutual® and Safeco Insurance® will select up to 37 independent agents nationwide for a Make More Happen Award and Liberty Mutual® and Safeco Insurance® will donate up to $370,000 to the nonprofits supported by independent insurance agents.
